You can upload into Open-Source Movies this way:

Hi Simon it's actually the Audio, not a movie as an .flac file. I also post for a band in the archive Two Ton Shoe using the folowing folder convention ex. tts2001-10-23.flac16, I was wondering if there was a specific folder and file naming convention I should be using.

You can call the directory anything you like as long as it's logical.
