don't forget to actually go

Edit item > submit (at the bottom) > click on 'return where you where' / go to the show detail page again > edit item > item manager > derive will regenerate the flash player using your freshly submitted metadata / track names.

I know that's what dave meant, just wanted to make sure you got it so your changes weren't lost! :)
