you made your embed iframe width/height *awfully* narrow (which I wouldn't recommend -- I'd suggest 300 to 400 wide) *and* put a large height in (w/o playlist) which is making the vertical space.
drop the height down to 30 and you should be good.

clicking on the "[Greek columns]" icon button in the play/seek area will open up some "buttons" with links to embedding codes and very detailed instructions for a given video.
however, you can also just visit here directly for more general embed instructions and examples:
