I don't know. But I looked around and maybe this can help but I'm not sure;
This came from a discussion (http://channel9.msdn.com/Forums/Coffeehouse/212959-MS-DOS-622-Installation-Disks?page=2);
know this is an old thread but it ranks quite high on a Google search for "MS-DOS 6.22" so I thought I'd add the info I had found:

1) MS-DOS is still copyright Microsoft and has not been released into public domain. It would be illegal to distribute the installer disks. However, if you have a MSDN subscription you can download them from there.

2) If you want DOS but you don't want to pay overprice on eBay there are some free alternatives:

FreeDOS, a complete, free, 100% MS-DOS compatible operating system - http://www.freedos.org/ - this can be used as a complete MS-DOS replacement and runs on most hardware that would run MS-DOS but has many enhancements over the original. All or mostly all programs that run under MS-DOS also run under FreeDOS.
DOSBox, an emulator that can run under Windows or Linux and allows you to run DOS programs in a window inside these OS'es (it can also be used to run original MS-DOS, but it comes with its own replacement so you don't need it) - http://www.dosbox.com/
There is also DR-DOS, but it's not free (single-user license $35), it claims to be 100% DOS 6.22 compatible but I haven't tried it due to the price tag and the other solutions being free. http://www.drdos.com/products/drdos703.htm
OpenDOS is in fact based off a previous version of DR-DOS that was completely free (including source code). You can get it here: http://www.drdosprojects.de/index.cgi/download.htm
Anyway, I hope this helps anyone looking for a DOS replacement..

Maybe it will lead you somewhere.

And this one could be usefull:http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

Good luck!
